8:30 AM - 3:00 PM

BUS INFORMATION

Bus Drop-off/Pick-Up Location:
Southwood Park Entrance Road.
Corner of Idlewood and Nebraska

DO NOT ENTER the Parking Lot.

Street Parking is Available on Idlewood
St, Nebraska Ave, Ohio Ave, and
Montana Ave
.

Lunches are available for FREE for
Bus Drivers.


Upon Arrival each Teacher should check in with their class at the
Registration Cabin near the Entrance to the Park.
Please keep your Class on he sidewalks and follow the path.

Do NOT Bring Classes into the Parking Lot.


Once Checked in, each teacher will be assigned a station number to
begin with.


Classes will rotated stations roughly every 20 minutes.


During Lunch, there will be minimal tables for eating.  Classes are
welcome to find an area around the site to enjoy their lunch.


1 Chaperon per 10 kids preferred.

Gondola Sack Lunch (optional)

Includes:
4 Inch Gondola Sub Sandwich
Soda/Water
Chips


BRING YOUR OWN LUNCH
You can bring your own sack lunches.  
There are limited areas to sit but
anywhere in the park is acceptable to
use for lunchtime


ORDER YOUR OWN
You can order your own food from area
suppliers as well.


RETURN TO SCHOOL
Some school may choose to return to
their school for lunch.
